The near death of SeC and Robert Empty The near death of SeC and Robert

As you may have been told, SeC has been shot but something kept him alive. SeC awoke one morning to see himself strapped up and his bio-signal was green. SeC stood up to see his trauma wounds of being shot by G-Man. The SeC now holds much knowledge of anti-citizen plans and is ready to take his place back in the Universal Union restoring back the city's protection.

The city admin Robert Neil shortly after hearing that SeC died tried to commit suicide. Although he failed he was hooked up in the med-bay to machines and saw his CAPA already in his place, after a hour of discussion later Robert has a discussion with SeC.00001. SeC is welcomed back and is sent back to his duty to protect the city, along with Robert sitting in his office ordering papers.

The mysterious figure known as G-Man tried to cause the fall of the CCA but failed..... He has not been seen since.
