Trouble with ranks and their jobs?

As I have been informed people are having trouble with recognizing their duties and such. So I make this for you all who have trouble with respect and now knowing what to do. (Mainly for the Combine)

City Admin You are to be respected as much as anyone else in your place, like the Combine Ambassador or CAPA, you are the owner of the city, you run the places of the Combine Ambassador, and CAPA.

Combine Ambassador You are the Combine's leader, you order the High-Command rankings and discuss topics with them, you are allowed to move places and divisions of the Combine.

City Admin's Personal Assistant (CAPA) You are to help the City Admin with his tasks, guard him, fetch things for him, file papers and such.

Commander (CmD) You order the combine units on certain tasks and hold meetings with the Combine Ambassador, you are also the SeC's trusted unit and slight bodyguard.


Rank order of City Guardians: City Administrator Personal Assistant,City Administrator,Combine Ambassador Personal Assistant,Combine Ambassador.

We need this re-edited,because the following things are not in order correctly,in my opinion,and probaly many other's opinions,this is incorrect,and should go in the following order....

Minister,City Administrator Personal Assistant,City Administrator,Combine Ambassador Personal Assistant,Combine Ambassador.

And I think each one should have limited things,like respect,abilitys,ect.If you would like to know my opinions on that just contact me through steam.

I don not think this should be changed. This is good as it is, because I find everything 'good'..

Actaully it isnt good as it is,the order is wrong,you can go look on the order of it on other servers,and it is most likely correct like the way I said it should be.

Eh, the order is messed up I will fix it later.
