The near infection of SHADOW.DvL

A regular day? No, today, there was an Outbreak at the plaza, Necrotics swarming the place.. The SHADOW.DvL, was wrestling with a black headcrab, who managed to get inside nexus, the Unit almost got the blackHeadcrab on his head, making him turn into a necrotic. Lucky for the Unit, RAZOR.02 ran in, kicked the headcrab off while the DvL was lying on the ground, and shot it. 2 minutes later the 02 was in the med-bay. He had to act quick, since there were only 8 minutes left to apply a vacination. The handbook of HELIX units, written by helix units for Helix units, was proven it's worth once again. And the DvL Survived it..
Or did he not completely survive it?
