Give a three paragraph summary of your characters life BEFORE the seven hour war:

My name is Viktor Bogdan, I lived in Moscow before the war. Moscow "Now the beloved name City 02" was home for many Russians, including me.
I lived in a good apartment and had a good steady income, I was a male nurse helping what people came by sick and hurt.
I work in the EMC unit of the hospital and well life was hectic. Every day someone would be hurt either it was a civilian or police and I guess that was useful, it help me gain knowledge of medicine.
One day I heard something happen to the US, I think it was called Black mesa research facility or something. Anyway I heard that their military was dispatched and I thought what fresh hell is this?
We didn't know exactly what happened but many speculated that the scientist found something or did something for the military to get involved.

After that day we started getting more news strange creatures started appearing, infections sprang up, the dead piling our morgue. It was hell, the Russian military patrolling everyday.
Soon we heard gunshots everyday too, people dyeing in masses from these head crab looking things. They turn soon everyone wasn't allowed out without military escort Moscow was on lockdown.
I couldn't stand it was like a horror movie, I even had to attend the men being eaten alive by those things.

After the long struggle it was quiet it was unnerving we thought it was over, but then, then I saw a massive portal. A giant capitol ship appeared and then thousands of these bug like gunships.
Soldiers were firing AEOP Missiles trying to destroy them. It was horrid soon men died so quick and then these robot looking guys started marching in the streets placing CMB Banners.
The seven hour war was over. We had lost.

/Them: Takes the items and walks away a bit.
/Me: Sees a chance to radio.
/Me Radio: Five Anti-Citizen, Backup, Sweep, Clean, Sterilize.

You have standard 01 equipment, the City Admin decides to go outside for a stroll along the city, while outside rebels attack you. What do you do?

/Me: Sees Anti-Units
/Me: Administrator inside.
/Me: Cover the admin with my body aiming at them firing.
/Me Radio: Backup, Anti-Units, Armed, Amputate protecting Admin, Code Inject, Amputate, Sterilize.

Reasons for joining the CCA?

I wish to protect the citizens form anti-citizens and keep peace and order.

What skills will be useful in the CCA that you have acquired?

My skills with my weapon and judgment are excellent, and I will follow orders no matter what. Also I excel in the medical field due to past medical training.

What is the importance of the CCA?

To keep peace and order. To protect mankind from there faults and problems installing a new order that will benefit both parties.
